Selling a home is more than just sticking a sign on your front lawn and hoping the right buyer comes along. From listing and marketing your property to negotiating offers and completing paperwork, my services ensure a smooth process with minimal effort on your part.
Step 1: Pricing Your Home Right
The key to getting a home to sell fast and for top dollar is to price it right. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. This information is available exclusively to licensed REALTORS®. I’ll tour your home to see what features will increase its value then we’ll sit down to figure out the optimal price to meet your goals and attract qualified buyers.

Step 2: Showcasing Its Best Features
I can offer advice on how best to get your home ready for sale. Completing certain renovation projects or decluttering your home can cost a minimal amount (or nothing at all) but make your home significantly easier to sell and for potentially more money.
I’ll also hire a professional videographer to do a walking video tour of your property as well as take high quality photos. A walking video tour showcases a property much better than photos alone.
Step 3: Marketing to Agents & Prospective Buyers
Once your home is ready to go, I will enter your listing in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database and on other websites, including my own. Other agents can immediately access your property information before it becomes available to the general public.
After spending two years as a Kamloops & District Real Estate Association board member, I’ve established strong working relationships with other agents in town. I use all available communication avenues to promote your property to brokerages and agents.
Your listing will also be showcased on RE/MAX’s international site, global.remax.com, in a hundred different languages and currencies, getting the most exposure for your property. People want to live in Canada from all over the world and the bigger the net that I can cast, the better.
I will manage and follow up on every lead promptly to ensure you won’t lose out on any offers. I also have an extensive list of potential buyers who may be a suitable fit for your property.
Step 4: Completing the Sale
I will advise and negotiate to get you the best price for your home. This is where many agents fall flat - negotiation takes practice and I have been honing my skills over many years in the real estate business. Once we get an accepted offer, I will be corresponding with the buyers realtor, making sure there are no inspection issues and if so, knowing the right contractors etc. to fix issues.
Once moving day arrives, you will have exclusive access to my complimentary 7 x 14 foot cargo trailer a full ramp door. We drop the trailer off your house, you load it up at your leisure and then I’ll haul it to your new place for you.
